Vitapress reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Vitapress shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vitapress without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Vitapress or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Vitapress's Terms of Use and Vitapress Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Vitapress's Refer-a-Friend program:

•  Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.vitapress.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

•  Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).

•  Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $20 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3 rd party fees.

•  Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of $10. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

•  Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Vitapress's Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Vitapress's sole discretion. (Corporations are not people, my friend!)

•  No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Vitapress's Refer-a-Friend program.

•  Right to Close Accounts. Vitapress reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Vitapress Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

•  Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Vitapress reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vitapress, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Vitapress may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Vitapress, Vitapress has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Vitapress. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Vitapress seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work). By subscribing to Vitapress, you agree to the above terms an understand the following:

If you have any concerns or problems with your order, please contact our support team immediately. If you cancel your subscription, Vitapress does not have any authorization or access to your customer profile. This meaning, we cannot process any refunds, ship out replacements or rectify any account problems. If you do not receive your order within 11 business days, you must contact our support team by the 15th business day of your billing date. If you do not contact the support team within that period, no action will be taken otherwise.

The Vitapress mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Vitapress (“Vitapress”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Vitapress's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Vitapress through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Vitapress. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Vitapress mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

1. Initiate a Return: Customers must contact our customer service team to open a money-back dispute.
2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Vita-press does not cover this fee.
3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return standards. This inspection is at our full discretion.
4. Refund Decision: We reserve the right to approve or decline the refund for any reason. If the product meets our standards, the refund will be processed. If not, the refund request will be declined.
