Due to the personal nature of our products, VitaPress does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Maintaining strict quality control and product integrity is a top priority — every item is shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to you, ensuring that your order has never been handled by anyone outside our trusted team.

This policy helps us guarantee that all products are delivered in brand-new condition and meet our high hygiene standards.


Order Issues & Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:

  • A clear photo of the item and all original packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • A photo that includes your name or shipping label

Unfortunately, we cannot process requests submitted after the 14-day window.


Licensed Pattern Policy

All licensed pattern items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes orders placed in the wrong size or by mistake.

Please double-check your order details — including size, style, and quantity — before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
